Landlords Gas Safety Certificate - CP12

Every rented property requires an annual gas safety certificate (also known as CP12), we have hundreds of happy landlords that use Ignite Gas for this service each year. Our aim is to make your life easier, we can arrange access direct with tenants or collect keys if required. Once complete we will e-mail or post a copy of the certificate and invoice to the landlord or deliver to your letting agent (if required).

Our prices are just £60 inc vat per property which covers upto 4 gas appliances. We will also diarise your property and contact you in advance of your renewal to ensure that the certificate does not expire.
